Peer-Review Process

KJMS follows a rigorous double-blind peer-review process. Submissions undergo an initial screening by section editors for relevance, formatting, and ethical compliance. Manuscripts that do not meet basic criteria may be returned without review. Originality is checked using Copyleaks; manuscripts with significant similarity may be returned or rejected.

Eligible manuscripts are sent to two or more expert reviewers (authors and reviewers remain anonymous). Reviewers evaluate originality, methodology, clarity, relevance, and contribution. Decisions include: acceptance, minor/major revisions, or rejection.

The editorial team makes the final decision and may consult a third reviewer or the board if required. Authors receive reviewer feedback and are expected to revise within the specified timeframe. Revised manuscripts may be re-evaluated. Accepted papers undergo final editing prior to online publication. All procedures adhere to strict confidentiality and ethical standards.
