Abstract

This paper aims to investigate how employees' motivation is affected by organizational culture. We investigate the solution to the problem state we investigate the solution to the problem statement by formulating hypotheses. This paper will demonstrate that an organizational culture consists of underlying values and beliefs and that it usually changes with time. The degree of the strength of the organizational culture shown by workers' shared values and beliefs reveals their nature. Many times, employee motivation is linked to reaching company objectives. Workers who have difficulties in their employment become more motivated. Managers work out ways to motivate staff members in their workplace. Establishing a workplace where a person is enthused about their job calls for both intrinsically fulfilling and extrinsically motivating elements
