The Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA) has introduced notable modifications to the Indian real estate industry with the objective of augmenting transparency, accountability, and safeguarding consumers. The real estate education programs are facing an increasing demand to incorporate excellent curriculum design and innovative technologies as the business alters to the regulatory requirements of RERA. This study investigates the potential and difficulties that come with putting such efforts into practice within the parameters of RERA 2016. This study aims to offer insights into practical methods for improving professional development and education in the real estate industry by examining the relationship between technology adoption, curriculum development, and regulatory compliance. Modernizing real estate procedures requires incorporating digital innovations, especially the digitization of construction processes, in response to the ever-changing world. Making refined decisions becomes reliant on the need for actual data and the capacity to visualize information. Integrating trail-blazing software, like digiQC, is a notable answer in this regard since it not only makes real-time data administration easier but also improves industry authenticity and accountability. Efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness are all made possible by digitizing the construction process; these qualities are essential for prospering in the RERA-mandated setting. Acquiring real-time data enables stakeholders to make informed decisions promptly, which is consistent with the overall objective of openness. Incorporating data visualization tools also improves understanding and strategic planning. In light of these developments, college-level real estate education programs must include digiQC and other pertinent technologies in their curricula. By proactively coordinating educational goals with industry demands, this method guarantees that future professionals will be prepared to handle the complexities of the real estate market, which is governed by RERA. The objective of this study is to shed light on the mutually beneficial link that exists between curriculum design, technology innovation, and regulatory compliance. The study aims to prepare the real estate workforce for the future by offering insights into successful integration techniques and demonstrating their ability to use technology to satisfy the expectations of an open, responsible, and customer-focused business.
