APPLICATION OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE METHODS TO THE PREVENTION OF CYBERCRIME

Abstract

Information technology (IT) advances have led to an increase in the amount of cybercrimes that criminals are committing through the usage of cyberspace. Cyber infrastructures are very susceptible to hacking and attacks. For the purpose of monitoring and safeguarding these facilities, human interaction and physical tools are inadequate. We need more advanced cyber protection systems that are resilient, adaptable, and long-lasting. Artificial intelligence computing techniques are becoming more and more significant in cyberdetection and prevention of crime. In order to combat cybercrimes, this paper will examine the state of the art in this area, suggest future directions for research, and demonstrate how these techniques could be helpful in identifying and averting cyberattacks.
